This policy explains what Builtrix Labs Pvt Ltd (“we”) collects when you register for a free live session at https://www.builtrix.in, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect

• What you type into the registration form: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, business type, your role, and the revenue band you select.
• Your WhatsApp consent — whether you agreed to receive the Zoom link and reminders, and when.
• How you arrived: advertising and campaign identifiers carried on the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, fbclid, gclid), the referring page, and the first page you landed on.
• Which session you are booked into, and whether you attended.

We do not ask for payment details, because the session is free and nothing is sold on this site.

3. Why we use it

• To save your seat and send you the Zoom link and reminders on WhatsApp.
• To move your seat to the following week if you miss a session.
• To understand which advertising brings people who actually attend.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which advertising works. These set cookies and similar identifiers in your browser. When we send a registration event to these services we send your business type, role and revenue band — never your name, phone number or email address.

5. Who processes your information

• Supabase — stores the registration record and runs the scheduled messaging jobs.
• Wati — delivers the WhatsApp confirmation and reminders.
• Meta and Google — advertising measurement.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your registration record while you are receiving session messages from us, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. Ask us to delete it and we will.

7. Your choices

• Stop the WhatsApp messages: reply STOP on WhatsApp, or email us.
• See what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted: email raghavasreeram@builtrix.ai.
