Terms of Use

These terms apply when you register for or attend a Founders Freedom Hub live session run by Builtrix Labs Pvt Ltd.

1. The session is free and educational

There is no fee and no payment is collected. The session is educational: it shows you how to build a website and AI workers for your own business. It is not consulting, and it is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice for your specific situation.

2. No guarantee of results

What you get out of the session depends on your business, your inputs and your effort. We promise no particular outcome — no revenue figure, no time saved, no growth.

3. Registering

Give us accurate details. Your seat is personal to you. Ticking the WhatsApp box means you agree to receive the Zoom link and session reminders on that number; you can stop them at any time by replying STOP.

4. Conduct during the session

The session is live and others are present. Do not disrupt it, advertise to other attendees, or record, redistribute or resell the session or its materials. We may remove anyone who does.

5. We may reschedule

We may move, shorten or cancel a session. If we do, your seat moves to the next available session. If you do not attend a session you registered for, your seat is moved to the following week automatically.

6. Third-party accounts

The session uses third-party services such as ChatGPT, Lovable and Zoom. You are responsible for your own accounts with them and for complying with their terms. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing or behaviour.

7. Your material

Anything you build in the session is yours. Our session materials, including the Starter Kit, remain ours and are licensed to you for your own business use only.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Builtrix Labs Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the session or from anything built during it.

9. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
